Applying our significant experience we have uncovered, solved and defended successfully accusations of fraudulent conduct. We have given evidence in Court for both the Prosecution and Defence in Criminal trials and have put cases forward for employers in Employment Tribunals.

We have assisted clients obtain significant recoveries through the use of Search and Seizure Orders and Freezing Orders.

Peter's role as a Board Director of the North East Fraud Forum and as a member of the Fraud Advisory Panel keeps him up to date with the latest scams that are in circulation.

We have extensive experience in the investigation of Charity frauds and have acted on behalf of Trustees in both civil and criminal proceedings.
